Its even better if you put both welt and bronya with selee , I've done It several times in SU , the enemies have 0 turns. But , to pull this off you gotta have a very sp positive 4th member , I usually use pela , since I can strap her with defense shred , give welt "good night sleep well" and use him ase a pseudo dps (you want effects rate percent on body , energy regen on rope and attack substats , speed ain't that important) , and slow bronya so I can milk as many turns as possible (Idealy you want her to move 4th , right after Selee). So , you debuff the enemy with pela , slow them and dmg them a bit with welt , then let selle get as many kills as possible and when she is finished you make hard attack again with bronya.

You can use it again, and again, and any enemies won't be able to do at least 1 attack. Except for the boss' first attack for each 2 phases. I already did, i even have video released.

@@faolrue for the damage cap strategy you actually take the curio that removes getting blessings and instead doubles all cosmic fragment gain. Then you get the gold coin of discord, which both the curios you need can be obtained through a single occurrence btw. After that just keep regaining the silver coin of discord and gambling your cosmic fragments until you get millions. But all of this is worthless if you don’t have the robe of beauty which gives damage per 100 cosmic frags you have. So millions of cosmic frags=millions of damage.

@@faolrue but if you’re talking about not the damage cap strategy just get the three star hunt that gives you an extra turn upon killing an enemy and your set. In fact, the extra turns from this don’t have a cooldown or cap so you can spam it as long as there are enemies
