I was also medically diagnosed with "something" 9 years ago (I suspect from listening to you talk, that you may have been diagnosed with the same "something"). A lot of the numb/empty feeling is down to the medication. It's what it is designed to do to help with emotion control. Hope you feel better soon. Try and have a goal to look forward to. A day out or a holiday or something you will enjoy looking forward too. It helps me. I've found that having hobbies help to. It's all trial and error and what works for you. Listen to your body cues too. Wishing you well sweetie 😘 xxx
