Ngl I’m a girl and I’ve never been about the celebrating thing either. Didn’t celebrate my graduation or anything. I never thought about why until now.

Respect your humility B, that’s what it’s about. You don’t need to constantly celebrate your successes to be proud of them. Don’t let your achievements get to your head and don’t let your losses reach your heart.

What gives someone the urge to achieve more if they can’t celebrate the accomplishments. What is worth actually celebrating if it’s not achievement? Ur birthday ? , (getting old), new year ??

@@Gufaaco I guess it depends on your reason for wanting to achieve more. Speaking for myself, it’s not the celebration that drives me, it’s making sure my family is secure. Each to their own but you don’t need to celebrate in order to be proud of yourself. Alhamdulilah and keep it pushing in my opinion.

@@saedabib5125 you misunderstood, it’s not celebrating to be proud of yourself. It’s the feeling of being proud of yourself that deserves you to celebrate it. And btw that could be a holiday on ur own with no pictures and nobody knowing. My point is if you don’t recognize your achievements you will never be satisfied, sometimes just look at yourself and tell urself you came a long way. Celebrate it on whatever way is sufficient for yourself. Some people may feel happy and enjoy everyone giving them congrats and posting there pic, others may not like attention so prefer celebrating alone with No1 knowing. The point is that u should celebrate your achievements or you will chase the dunya with no end goal.

@@saedabib5125 me personally I have never celebrated an achievement because I always feel I can do more and I’m shy. These guys made me look at things in a whole different light. I might throw a party one man up from now on lol
