*Queen of the Murder Scene* (aka QOTMS) is the title song of their 2nd album... a concept album written when Dany (guitar) and Pau (drums) were barely teenagers! the album tells the foreboding dark story of unrequited love and the Queen through her battles between good and evil over her soul... the full story of the concept album is best experienced in order from *Dust to Dust* all the way to *The End (Stars Always Seem To Fade)* ... this title song of the album depicts the evil side of the Queen flaunting its immortality and some might also say its immorality... you don't really want to understand what its like to have blood on your hands. you don't deserve it, the crown is mine! Pau wrote most of the lyrics to the album when she was 15 or so, expect teenage angst. It follows a young girl from first love, rejection, madness to murder and death. It is absolutely brilliant, especially if you just sit down and listen to the album from beginning to end. Not necessarily a reaction possibility, but you would enjoy the experience. Or you could react to the songs in order one at a time (all tracks are available on KZbin).

@@JohnnyFoxtrotShow Oh, there's a live concert for the entirety of Queen of the Murder Scene. It's on their KZbin channel, or you can search for "Queen of the Murder Scene Lunario CDMX". IIRC, the Lunario concert was the live debut of QotMS. Each "chapter" is interspersed with a song from their previous album, "XXI Century Blood" so stick to the QotMS playlist to get the full story. It's not that the other songs aren't worth watching, they're simply not part of the Queen's story.

Vocally the early live versions of the album were difficult for them because of the altitude in Mexico City combined with much more acting than accuracy vocally for the lunario live album concert… but after hearing the studio album in full then it’s a great time to see live in full

@@JohnnyFoxtrotShow @don-music I agree with you that Lunario may not be best, but all the songs were also played live at Foro Didi, the following spring (Narcisista debut as well), with much better recording, IMHO. I would suggest looking up the track listing and do a vote from the fans on the best venue for each. They also did songs 3 from the album at Teatro Metropolitan that are excellent versions. If you want, I can make you ae list of my personal favorite version of each song on the album. Maybe you can ask The Warning Army to give you their favorites too, and you see what is most popular for each song, and do that. No other reactor has done that. I am sure you will get plenty of responses if you put it out there. I only say this because the album was done on a budget and the production is not as good as it could have been TBH. and I have the CD and vinyl of it and a great stereo to listen to it, and IMHO they just sound better live. Just my 2 cents.

Lunario was the first time the album was presented in full... over time they released "chapters" of three tracks each... the last chapter was heard at Lunario for the first time for everyone... one of the great things about the concert is Dany going full out in character... another is the fantastic imagery on the big screen behind Pau... epic performance, to say the least... The Warning have several songs that make it clear you should NEVER wrong the Villareal sisters. Adele and Taylor Swift might write songs that shame or complain about exes, but The Warning will have you fearing for your very existence.

This is one of if not my absolute favorite Las Wawas song. This album is killer (pardon the pun). This is off a concept album about a young girl that falls in love, get's rejected, and then murders her spurned lover. The whole album is her going back and forth between her dark alter ego, and going on a killing spree until death himself takes her. It's just an incredibly mature album for an 18/16/14 year old. Think about that...even in this performance, Ale is only 17 years old. And she already has 6+ years of professional musical performance experience.
