Thank you for sharing Pastor Dunk :). You are braver than me, as I don't like the idea of river swimming, but I do like swimming in pools and walking in beautiful places. My health also fluctuates and so I have to rest up a lot after being outdoors. Today, my legs are really sore, but I'm grateful for the days when they do work, and I try never to take them or my general/mental health and well-being for granted. @@DunkForbesThank you Duncan, it comes and goes. Sometimes I overdo it, but I've got a swimming session booked in the morning which should help :). I would really appreciate your prayers though and I'm just grateful it's no longer my heart! :)
