There’s a new hello kitty game similar to animal crossing coming out next year that looks great! Also the pink and white is super cute but I’d still get a white silicon cover for the joy con otherwise it’ll feel weird when you play handheld

I recently upgraded my switch lite, I got the holiday bundle basic NS with Mario Kart for $225 on Black Friday. I then I sold my switch lite for $175. I got the majority of my money back, I’m happy I can now play on the tv. The oled looked nice but I didn’t wanna spend a lot with the Switch 2 rumors lol.

I just got my switch oled recently too! Oh boy I've been missing out these last years, theres so much in the switch library that I've gotten my 7th game today too. Definitely would recommend Kirby and the Forgotten Lands, and Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom. They were my first two games I got and they're super cute and cozy (for the most time)

Yea I was wondering the same thing, if you want pink joy-cons get the pink joy-con shells and not the grips and I know it can be tricky to modify joy-cons but it will be worth it in the end

I do recommend getting a third-party pair of joy cons at some point that won't end up having joy con drift (which is the sticks on the joy cons going in the wrong direction in-game when not moving them) for a while since Nintendo's own joy cons will unfortunately. It's definitely better than buying several more official joy cons in the long term (although if you perchance plan on getting the switch 2 then that's not really an issue).

cozy games i'd reccomend are coffee talk, fall of porcupine, go vacation, a short hike, palia, another code: recollection, 51 worldwide games, mysims, spiritfarer and pokemon cafe remix, but i also HIGHLY reccomend kirby and the forgotten land, taiko no tatsujin, mario + rabbids sparks of hope and mario wonder :D

Listen this is going to sound crazy but... I would reccomend pokemon lets go evee or Pikachu. The bond you get to make with your pokemon and the exploration is intense. And it is a real good game for beginners or new switch owners😊

If you haven’t played it, you NEED Stardew Valley. It’s a farming, mining, and fishing game where you also get to romance NPCs (Elliott is my personal favorite if you’re a serial romantic like me) and there’s actually so much going on that you don’t even realize upon first playing it! I constantly have the Wiki open so I don’t miss anything but you don’t have to do that, it’ll just take longer to find things which is nice too!

There is this game called unpacking!!! it’s where you have a house and you just unpack the boxes and move in. but most of the items have specific places for them to go so it gets tricky at times. But overall it is very fun and cozy and i 100% recommend!!!!!!!!!
