Pav-ee cheese. It's french. Ants hate orange oil and cloves. You can buy natural Orange Guard spray or make your own clove, peppermint and orange essential oil spray. Works like a charm! And Not toxic, so great on the kitchen counters also. .

Borax, sugar and water mixed in a jar. Place a cotton ball inside a bottle cap and pour in some of the borax mixture to soak the cotton ball. Place them around where the ants are. It attracts the ants and wipes them out.

I think I'll be taking a lactaid because I need those root beer popsicles. 😂 Your rattlesnake plant peeking in on the side looks gorgeous. I have ant problems occasionally and a combo of the terro traps and wiping down my kitchen and entryways with vinegar helps.

For ants: pick them off one at a time. If you get the scout ant, yay! They go back to their nest, relay the news that there's food to be had, and then lead the other ants back to your counter. 10:25

I'm in Florida and use the Terro ant gel product. I'd also keep the pet food bowls in a place that won't attract the ants. Ant season is the worst!! Good luck!!!

Ok get the Terro Ant Traps put a few ( read directions) watch a video where you think they are coming from , don’t get nervous big you see a ton of them come out they will die bring it back to the best and not return! It works!

It is ant season here too, especially those tiny, pesky ones. I did my research because I can’t stand the chemical smell of insect spray. Pure Essential oils work! I use Lemongrass or cinnamon oil on a cotton ball and smear it on the corners or cracks they come out of. If you’re not sure where they come from, use a dropper and put a few drops along the baseboards. If you have pets, apply it in the corners of the counters or cabinets. It works for me, hope that helps.

Honey with borax mixed into a thin paste, smear on a flat piece of thick paper (like an index card cut into a small square) put in areas where you see ants. They'll eat the paste then take it back to their nest (it's poisonous to them)

I have heard that ants don’t like walking over chalk…so I know people draw a chalk line around their windows, house, all along the outside on concrete. Sounds a bit nutty but apparently works. 🤷🏻‍♀️ and it’s cruelty-free.

I get ants every year the same month and I use terro ant bait pods. You put them in corners of your house where the ants come in or if they’re everywhere like mine I put them all over the house, corners windowsills, and the ants taste the bait, share it with all their buddies then they go back to their queen and die.

Hi Natasha. Great scooter haul! RE: ant problem. The one thing I found that works (at least for Wisconsin ants) is cinnamon sticks. I set them in various places (maybe stick one in Simon’s ear? 😆) and ants disappear. Not sure if you’d want to leave any on the floor because of the pups. Your fork makes me laugh. I’ve got one that has a bent tine. Looks like someone used it to remove a knot in a shoelace (I’m dating myself here). Could you please refresh my memory for what type of magnesium supplement you’re using? Thanks much and please eat a root beer float bar for me if it’s not too much trouble!

MOM ALERT: can we talk about the carts? They dont fit carseats...and most strollers don't fit enough or have enough room for bags. It's almost impossible to shop here as a new mom. Until your child can sit up in the cart you basically have to bring someone with you. I ALWAYS loved TJs but this makes it so hard.
