Hey guys! This video took a VERY long time to make, but I had an amazing time playing through Dragon's Dogma and working on this video. As of now, I've played the game about 4 times, completed Bitterblack Isle (only missing a few armors from the gacha) and slowly approaching level 200. What an amazing game! Hopefully I'll see you guys again once Dragon's Dogma 2 releases, because I am 100% going to be playing it. Cheers! Oh, and for newcomers. This video is a part 2 of my playthrough, click the link below to watch the first part in-case you haven't seen it! Part 1 - kzbin.info/www/bejne/qaK3YaCBoMSpgac See you next video!

It's so awesome to see new people try and like this game I've been saying for so long it's the most underrated rpg I've ever seen cant wait for the second I hope to run across your pawn

I'm so glad I finally gave this a go. I'm going to recreate her in DD2 as well you might run into her there once that releases! But right now we're hovering around level 170

Glad you're loving it. Will you make a video on Bitterblack Isle? I think the story and lore there is also worth to talk about.

I've been thinking about it but nothing solid atm in terms of BBI lore videos

This is one of the most interesting and replayable rpg games of all time for me, i never get really annoyed ever doing a new game plus, because when you know the game by heart you can just go to grigori in less then an hour if you want. And for all it's special little locations that feels grounded and little secrets, you want to replay this a good amount of times for all the quest failed or missed.

I hope this video pops off as much as the first DD video you put out, as its great content. I'd also love to see a video style just like this for DD2. It'd definitely take much longer to make, as I assume the game is much more fleshed out than DD1, but I am willing to wait however long for videos like this. Thank you for your hard work, very enjoyable!
@Kaganath Жыл бұрын
Thank you, I definitely want to do that for DD2, and maybe other RPG's as well! I think the format is quite fun, I just need to get faster at producing the content since it's still a new style for me.

great game, and it only gets better the further you get in. I did not expect what happens after you beat the main dragon either. also that fight was 👌❤. like seriously very good. only complaint I really have is that the pawns are a bit clunky when using them. but seriously this may be one of my all time favorite games 😊

Remember, 40%! This game is only 40% of its power! So imagine what happens when they actually fully realize what they intended.

I haven't looked at a lot of DD2 info since I really want to go into it as blind as possible, but hopefully they were able to get as much of their vision realized into the game and we're getting what we're missing the past 10 years!

Unfortunately I can say, the chest exploit as far as I can see has been fixed in the sequel and now when you open a chest you automatically pick up the loot. Dragon's Dogma Dark Arisen and the first iteration have a lot of major and minor exploits that provide unintended quality of life roles. A chest can be opened and if you don't like what you see, since all chest have each its own number of items that randomly cycle through each respawn. You can open a chest and save the game without pick-up the loot, die in any way that is fastest and you will respawn in front of the unopened chest and thus recheck it and rinse and repeat the saving and dying process till what you want shows ups. This is extremely useful in BBI. As exiting and re-entering a room without picking up the loot also resets the chest and auto saves. You can find the entire encyclopedia of every chest in the game and all armor spots and what is inside them and often the percentage rate for each item in any given chest and armor spot! Especially useful for BBI and other dungeons throughout the over world.

@@DANCERcow Is that something that we can exploit for the Daimon chests? I haven't found any way to tell what the cursed bbi armor or weapon will be pre-purification but since we can't save scum after leaving Daimon's room, I'm still missing the head gear for the oblivion set and it's pretty much the one last thing I want.
@DANCERcow Жыл бұрын
Yes absolutely it works! Pre daimon has no level 3 cursed but post daimon after you beat BBI the first time and the monster spawns change drastically so do all the armor and chest loots unlocking all the level 3 cursed. So the cursed are predetermined once you pick it up. You can also preform the save death respawn exploit on ore by mining all but one left then save die or leave and re-enter and the ore will be fully respawned! There is a glitch that allows you do get post daimon chest and monster spawns without having to fight daimon again and fight his second form. There is videos of this barrel glitch that goes in depth about it. I believe infinite cringe has a video on this glitch. You will be able to clip through the gate with the daimon chests, open chests and clip back into the arena leave through the main door back into the fallen city then go back into daimon chamber and barrel glitch to the chests that will respawn because the game thinks you are in post Dogma.
@Kaganath Жыл бұрын
I just looked it up! Saw the reddit post too. Seems like it doesn't work post-daimon so I'm gonna have to go on another run of the game. Which I don't mind at all lol

Wait, at 48:24 the duke manages to open the chest, so that means you gave him the real ring? If you want the power of the ring for your pawn, you should give him the forgery and keep the real one.
@Kaganath10 ай бұрын
Yeah I made that mistake lmao. The next playthroughs I kept giving him the forged one, and kept one original in my inventory and another in my pawn. It was awkward seeing the Duke fail to open the chest in subsequent playthroughs lol I also have 5 forged rings in the bank just for speedrunning. I realized you don't even have to fight Salomet anymore.
@underwatersmurf643210 ай бұрын
@@Kaganath Nice, so you did stay true to your word and replayed it! Speedrunning sounds fun. I'm only on my first NG+ and also have a forged ring ready to go. But I guess I'll have to fight Salomet one more time to get a second ring for myself.

It's kinda sad that most adapations of Berserk in other medias are poorly handled. Aside from the first anime, and maybe even the trilogy movie, nothing else has come close to giving the source material what it deserved. In games or shows.

I literally beat Grigori last night and man was I pissed when I haven't read anything about us getting rewarded with REALLY BUSTED weapons (good for postgame) depending on the weapons we equipped slaying the dragon. We won with my Arisen being a Ranger. Guess I'll stick with my lousy magick bow for BBI.
@Kaganath Жыл бұрын
lol same. The BBI weapons are a lot stronger though, even the ones that aren't upgraded yet so it should be pretty easy to up your stats as long as you can get pass the early hurdles. I also luckily got Dragon Vein, which is a reward from defeating Grigori and I used that all the way till the end of BBI.

I did like 5 side quests or less, because i didnt wanted it to end like skyrim where i didnt a Single Main quest after 60+ hours, but sadly going on in the Main quest closes up side quests. Seems like i missed a Ton of stuff 😂😂😂 Im still Split on my thoughts about the game on one side it was great and a lot of fun, but the Main Story missions felt a bit rushed, the dlc final boss Was so inbalanced strong that i gave up on him. In the end i had more enjoyment then anoying moments so i bought part 2, i hope it improoves on the problems. Im not done with your video, so dont wonder when i have a lot of edits in the commentary along watching it 😂 I never forgave the dutches, she was lucky i didnt let the dragon eat her, but i didnt saved her out of duty or even love, i didnt want the dragon to chocke on her Yeah the grifin fight was amazing, only the walk to the tower sucked. The open World is a bit to sterile imo The dragon fight was fun until you really fight him, hes such a damage sponge, it bored me after a while. Thazs something i hate about the game, some bosses where basically a one hit while i didnt Grind at all and others took a real life hour of pressing the X Button over amd over again to defeat. And especially the demon in the dlc sucked so much with how spongy he was. Beside that, the concept behind the story is really good, the eternal Ring with dragons, arisen and the Throne guy. The aftergame for me was sensless grinding, i hated it. I hate wasting time to get gear that is 5 points better I hope part 2 is better, but i fear it isnt, because it seems like thats what the Fans of this game love.

I wanted to get the playthrough over with since I didn't think a third video would do well. I did try to get it under 1 hour but with all the cutscenes and stuff it still ended up a lot longer than I expected. It's a great learning experience though, and I hope I can produce easier to consume videos in the future that still deliver my experience.
