After all the trials and tribulations...
I finally got a place! 🙌🏿
Firstly, I'm dedicating this video to everyone who reached out to help me during this process! The love and support has been overwhelming and I am so appreciative for all the great energy! 🖤
I ended up working with a realtor and I actually didn't get this place at first but the first offer fell through! It's 55k JMD (that's about $375-400 USD). It's in Kingston, in my budget and no sharing - plus it has a cute likkle garden 🤗☺️👩🏿‍🌾

@@MochaMoizelle when you have time check out a fellow Jamaican KZbin channel (Politricks Watch.) It’s very informative on what is going on in the country, both good and bad. His mission is to bring Jamaica back to a point where it is safer than current times. He post daily...He is a ex police or soldier in Jamaica. So for his safety he altered his voice which is understandable. A lot of things that happens locally in Jamaica is not on the News...especially if it happens in lower income neighborhood. You will find it helpful to know which areas to avoid. I believe we should look out for each other. This channel will let you know what is going on. I also want to move to Jamaica one day in the future so your channel give me in inspiration as a fellow Black Woman.

Well done M. Do you have a gas and carbon dioxide detector in the kitchen. If not please ensure you buy on. You should be able to pick up one for under 6000 Jamaican dollars. I certainly wouldn't pay more than 8000 for one. Just make sure it can read both gas and carbon. Stay blessed and safe. X
