Town of Salem is a social deduction game similar to Among us and Goose Goose Duck. Among Us/Goose Goose Duck allows you to play the game with up to 4-15 players, Town of Salem allows up to 15 players in a single game.
Like Among Us/Goose Goose Duck, you can be good or evil with factions such as Town, Mafia and Neutrals. Among/Goose Goose Duck us has 2 roles (without mods), town of salem has 33 different characters in the base game. Town of Salem is a great alternative to Among Us/Goose Goose duck if you're looking for another game in the social deduction genre. If you enjoy Among Us/Goose Goose Duck, definitely give Town of Salem a try

I liked these pirate DNs. Also, it can be a strategy to put all the effort into one constructive death note making others think that this pirate uses the certain move just to make another move and turn 33% into 50% to plunder.

If pirate is lying that they always choose the same method, it's a 100% chance of success to call their bluff. If pirate is telling the truth, it becomes a 50/50. I'd take the potential 100% chance every time. I guess since it's impossible to know how someone else operates, it'd be a 50% chance of them lying, which leads to a 100% success. Or a 50% chance of them telling the truth, which leads to a 50% chance of success. So, I'd go for the 50% chance they're lying, still.

I don't think Pipe minds giving Jests the win, but usually, the Jest might just end up causing an Evil majority by haunting a Town. You can't trust Jesters because you don't know who they're planning to side.

Pirate was a pretty good player. Kinda read the flow of the game pretty well. Plus their wills were fun to read. Have to love players who put some effort into their death wills

I wish there was a True Coven All Any Basically unique roles are no longer unique such as there could be 2 retributionist, 2 mafiosos or godfathers, 2 werewolves, 2 coven leaders, etc. Basically make no limits on how many people can play on a roll. Maybe add back witch for the funnies. Im pretty sure that this would make the game a hectic but I would think people would enjoy it

the problem with that is that unique roles are unique because some of them can really break the game if there are multiple, like a jailor jailing a jailor, lol, it will never happen, and i dont think itll be too popular because while chaos is nice, a lot of it kinda ruins the deduction of the game and turns into a trolling mess

The reason a lot of times roles are unique is because they have mechanics that would just straight up break if there were multiple, and also because these times might end up destroying the game just because of how strong it would be If two jailors jail the same guy, who gets priority? Also, two jailors is way too strong If there's two mafiosos, who gets to kill? Two retributionists would be hilariously weak given how few town corpses retri already gets in all any, and that's without factoring in the possibility of one or more necromancers Basically, unique roles are unique for a reason, not just for balance but that's definitely part of it

also I like to think evils have the advantage in coven all any currently 2 cls or 2 godfathers 2 mafiosos would make it very unenjoyable if you're town. you need a balance.

@@Mishinowo They can just treat priority like they already do with Retri and Necro as both share the same set of bodies. If you tried to use a body that is/was used by someone else you get a message "the body was missing from the graveyard". So for Jailor, you could get the message "Player wasn't home"

I figured 11 was bmer because they whispered to kill the other surv claim after 6 whispered to kill one of the survs. Also figured 8 was jailor after that night. (Surv claim with GA is pretty good for staying hidden) I feel like 5 the second game was more likely to get killed at night than to get lynched.

I have never played the game, but I do enjoy the vids, but I have a complicated question, well many questions about the same thing, if a forger changes a townie and a vigi shoots them (the townie not the forger) does the vigi still die as a result? do they get a message about killing a townie? I was wondering because I pictured a scenario where a forger turns a townie into mafioso and a framer makes it look like they were killed by a vigi as a scam for the real mafioso to look like a legit vigi, but wondered what would happen if the real vigi also targeted that player? Would the real vigi get a message about killing a townie? would it look like two different vigis shot them? would it look like only one did the deed? would the real vigi just die like normal?

1. Framer can't change how a player dies, so it would show up as the forged player dying to mafia, whether or not a vigi also shoots the forged player 2. Forger only changes the displayed role, so the Vigi will not die to guilt, making it a dead giveaway (except in mafia town traitor) that the Vigi shot an evil
