Sorry but I can’t help but to voice my concern about sanitary issues, why are they popping pimples with a needle but no gloves, and a wirst watch… Also I hope that the yellow cream jar was opened personally for you and that she doesn’t just dip the spatula over and over after it touched clients faces, even with a cleen spatula the cream would be contaminated… Standards can never be too high when it comes to medical/invasive procedures, stay safe❤️

When I finally got seen for my TMJ, I got Botox for it. Then the doc said: “ you’re skin is super sensitive. Your “sensitive face wash is too harsh.” So even with acne prone, cystic acne and dry skin skin(it wanted to do everything), I got their face wash, applied caster oil on the dry areas, and put Aquaphor on at night… I felt like I was watching two of my friends get treatment for relief, and I’m so happy for you both!

Hi Farina! In the video you said you were still trying to find the right things to use on your skin, I know of a website you can use to help! It’s called Curology and basically you can customize your own formula by answering questions about your skin, I personally haven’t used it but people always talk about how good it is so maybe you can give it a try! I actually used Curology to treat my acne. It worked for me. Now I just do regular skincare routine and my skin is doing just fine even after I stopped curology. So I also recommended my friends who struggled with acne to try out Curology.

Acne only on the jaw area is a clear sign of hormonal dysbalance, i learnt this the hard way from years of experience even still into my thrities😢. Girls, educate yourself on what to eat to balance it out. Maybe linseeds, peppermint, maka and all this stuff can help. If it does not, get your hormones checked and save yourself the acne scars ❤

Your boyfriend needs to massage his temples and find that muscle that moves when you open and close your jaw and gently massage there too. Likely the neck as well. All this will help him stop grinding his teeth. Also, maybe just putting his hand by his chin when he sleeps too... so he is less likely to subconsciously tighten his jaw when sleeping. Just some ideas that worked for me

The best thing to do for your skin is to drink 16oz. fresh squeezed celery juice every morning on an empty stomach first thing and then wait at least 15" but optimally 30" before eating anything (or if that can't happen schedule-wise, wait an hour after heavy eating before having it around dinner time, and then wait 30" before eating dinner. TRUST ME
