I can see from your eyes ,not just your words, you felt quite emotional. However , I can really understand your feeling because I had the same feeling too when I got my PR card:). Anyway, Congratulations and I like your vlog style!

I didn't knew it showed! Thanks, yes, I felt very emotional actually. It was something I dreamed of years ago and it finally came true. Something I thought was not really possible. I appreciate your kind comments!

congrats- 😊 happy for you. i am wondering if it’s really hard to get PR now if I never studied in Canada. I have 470 pts- EE program. I am thinking about applying from outside of Canada
@LivinginCanada2 жыл бұрын
Thanks so much! That’s quite a good score! It only depends on what the current cut-off scores are, and how many other candidates are in the pool. I’m planning to make a video on that in the coming weeks/months :).

I’m currently in process of mines I’m doing it through sponsorship I paid for family sponsorship and right of permanent residency for 1080 since they raised all fees to 1200 and they are telling me I didn’t pay for right of permanent residency when it was in the list and that I have to pay for it now

So you were already in Canada when applying for the Express Entry? And then waited even longer for the invitation for PR? My wife has an interview for a Canadian job but we're doubtful it will work out since we haven't received the invitation to apply for PR yet...

Thank you! I was born and grew up in Germany, my parents are from Indonesia where I also lived for a while. I first learned English during 2 years of kindergarten in the US. I should perhaps make a video on this for more details :)

your husband studied in canada, also you have work experience in canada, and yet you got initial low CRS score. imagine us single applicant, working in unskilled job, what is are chances for PR?
@LivinginCanada Жыл бұрын
As far as I know the draw for Federal Trade Worker works a bit different, I'm not sure whether they draw from the same pool or have a different allocation. I would say there's always a chance, but it might take a while. Hang in there!

If a US citizen like me try to get PR in Canada? I bet they will deny me 100%. You have to be either Indian, Chinese, Filipinos, and Nigerians to qualify 😂
