haha, shes crying. I feel you man, I got 3 little ones and getting calls like that are very common. Trying to remain connected with your audience, trying to stay motivated to be creative is very challenging when you have competing priorities and responsibilities as a parent. you need to take off the black caoe of the fader!!

@asteryes!! its kinda hard to remove but the black cape needs to be removed. i got 2 devices which had the fader issue. my 3 device had this black cape as well. that black plastick is just for the protection, because the first couple of batches had this major fader issue!! try to take it off carfully. use a tweezers or so.

I think it has been pretty clear so far that many of your TE bits have been sent to you from the company, not unless you are loaded to the gills and can afford 4+ OB-4s just because they are different colours. For those type of videos you should put in a disclaimer that its a product promotion; buy loaning/giving you gear for X amount of video content. I'm guessing the reason they didn't ship one to you is because they thought you could afford to buy one yourself, and that there would be hundreds of other videos flooding KZbin due to that price Kevin.
