Fix pois smogging make it so it deactivates after each night/use so this doesn't happen more frequently.

Or you can just pay attention to what you're doing. Is the same as inquisitor, if they vanquish, next night (if possible) they will still be vanquishing, unless they turn it off, the same as auditor.

the stringtable inconsistency is fixed in v1.5.1. this was a modded only bug. It works like how Auditor remembers smokebomb cross nights now
