Props to people who can live at heights. When I was a kid I went to the top of one of the Twin Towers and the second I got up there I wanted to take the elevator back down ASAP. My family got lunch up there and I went back down and waited for them, that's how much it scared the shit out of me. I actually had heights nightmares for a bunch of years. Also, that wine bottle is sick, great present.

I was looking at the apartments in his building, approx 15k US per month for his unit! that's insane! I can't imagine why anyone would pay that much for an apartment. That's nearly 200k a year! so in 5 years you would be out of pocket $1million with nothing to show for it as it's just a lease, not a condo you own. Austin prices are ridiculous. I've lived in condos with 10x nicer views than that building has, ocean views, for less than a third of what he's paying. Why not just buy another house? He says in this video he will never step foot on the balcony, so i'm assuming he's afraid of heights, so why an apartment near the top of a 45 story building? The building owners are total con artists, my god and we wonder why property prices have gone up everywhere, people need to refuse paying prices like this!
