@legendarynick2798 There is a difference between running characters you like that are strong (MUI Goku, Beerus, Gogeta, etc.), people that run fun/funny theme teams (Ginyu Force or Z Fighters or whatever), and the people that run the characters that are meta on account of broken mechanics and systems in the game (after-image strike, Health absorb, Giants like Wheelo, pre-nerf Yajirobe, ect.) The latter of which, yes, are the type of people that ruin games. Imo, at least.

Legit probably some of the worst competitors I've run into in online play... People using strategies that are so dull and cheap that it's difficult to imagine they enjoy the gameplay. When their lame strategy fails they either disconnect or refuse to rematch. It's honestly super disappointing.

An easy way to blink unblockable moves like Beerus' Sun is to use vanishing strike when you're up close. When you use A+X (X+Square) you can use the vanishing effect to avoid alot of unblockables.

Akane's is so dense and emotionally punishing just for the pay off at the end which killed me, and made me say this is a perfect ending. Chihaya's is just fun throughout and love everyone in it and what it has to say throughout. The amazing thing is how it puts into perspective the power the idealistic hero actually needs realistically to save everyone and not kill their enemies. Sorta like that moment where superman fakes going too far and killing a band of super anti-heroes who think being judge jury and executioner is right, to prove that point. Theres more i can go into but legitimately anyone who is reading this should get it first hand without spoilers. Like i watched the anime which is like a buctchering and reconstruction of different parts of routes, yet even with that level of spoiling it still is spectacular and easily one of if not the best story i've ever read/experienced. Waiting around 10 years for the localization on steam after seeing the anime for the first time and it did not dispoint. Can't praise it enough.

I will say, one thing I really miss is that in BT3, all the OG saiyans had great ape transformations, where as in this one, only Vegeta and Baby Vegeta do. Even though that form was never seen on Napa, Raditz, or Turles, it was cool that devs thought to include it simply because it was possible.

Dude your feelings on Raditz in the beginning are spot on. I main Raditz in singles, and it's a shame he has no beam blast besides that weird bomb he throws which is just his ultimate pretty much. Not only that but I genuinely believe he has the worst ultimate in the game(ignoring the fact its blockable already lowering it) it only does a bar to a bar and a half of damage, and its a 50-50 on whether it goes off. The amount of times I've lobbed the ult at someone just for it to bounce off of their RAGDOLLED BODY and they only take half damage is infuriating and to this day I have no clue why it happens but I've never seen anyone elses ult do this, especially when the ult has a cutscene that it can easily transition to but it just refuses to.

I get why people dont want things nerfted, I get why things like what we saw here really make online play not fun at all. I think the solution is to limit some characters and maybe even moves in Ranked. The game has the ability to turn off supers skill moves already, so it's not unfalsifiable for them to do that for online. There really is no reason for a character like Broly can go into sparking mode several times in a row when he is that strong, and has an unblockable ultimate.

You need to break the habit of always Z Burst Dashing to skip neutral. It was overpowered week 1 when people didn’t know how to deal with it but if you ever run into good players you’ll always be hit if you spam it the way you do. Heck not even good players. There’s just certain tactics that just counter them. Ki blasts always turn around and will interrupt them. Just stepping gives you I frames and can just punish it. One more thing… if you get locked into this strategy, just reflect until you can use a revenge counter. It works at mid range and will force them to end the lockdown early.

Making Z Burst Dash safe with a charged ki blast along w/ some regular ki blasts is a very strong strategy that people even in Z rank use. If they deflect the ki blasts, they take backshots. If they sidestep, the ki blasts hit them and they take backshots. If they hold block, they're negative. If they hold perception, ki blasts hit them and they take backshots. It costs more ki to do this of course, but it's worth doing.

I think you have to hold vanish In the broly super attack cutscene and let go immediately as he throws it and the cutscene ends. This works because his attack is frame 1, so trying to snap it hardly ever works. So when you hold vanish in the cutscene and let go of it when he’s right in front of you you should vanish it.

Its weird that nobody mentions the flaws in this game. Like why? Have you noticed that in zamasu's strike super when he envelops his hand in ki his pinky finger spasms between being folded and being straight? I noticed it in seereaxs video and it happened every single time he used the skill. Personally I think the best change would be to make it so you can dragon rush when your getting ki blasted. Itll still be usefull and if you catch someone with zero ki it's like a punishment. Ki blast are still useful this way without it being annoying you cant do anything.

There are so many mechanics in this game that would be so much less disgusting to play against if they had some kind of drawback or limiter. Why are Instant-Spark and Afterimage Strike so free? They are incredibly busted and completely takeover the game with basically no downsides. It's fun for the guy using it, and just obnoxious for the other guy. My man Z Bully has an UNBLOCKABLE BLAST ULTIMATE, a spammable ki blast that forces you to block, AND AN INSTANT SPARK! Where's the fun in watching your opponent put you in a chair and sloooowly torture you to death because you let him breathe for 2 seconds after you ran out of ki while beating him black and blue? There is none!

My sparking Zero online experience has been either People who labbed way harder than I did before touching ranked, People Parry spamming, Hackers who gain energy everytime they use movement thats supposed to cost energy, and people building solely around timeouts. I've had 2 games so far that were just another player playing a team they clearly wanted to play. Now i've beaten a few of those, but when it becomes a literal endurance test almost every single match because I'm playing someone who literally can spam infinite dash attacks, counters, blink attacks, it becomes very very draining.
