While watching your reactions Ive noticed that the sudden appearance of all the new contestants has been confusing to you so id like to help by explaining: So in season 1 there was 20 contestants and in episode 17 the viewers got to vote for a recommended character to join the game. There was 30 options. After the end of season 1 the viewers got to vote on who should compete in season 2. The voting options included the original 20 contestants, the 30 recommeded characters mentioned above and 10 more recommended characters. This is why voting results are shown in season 2 episode 1. Gelatin and Yellow face weren’t in this voting but they ended up joining season 2, so the 35 contestants who didnt join got sent to the Tiny Loser Chamber in addition to the first 5 eliminated contestants of season 2. The rest of season 2 contestants go to a different elimination area which is why they arnt in the TLC during season 3. In season 3, you vote to free people from the TLC. Thats why at the end of episode 1 you saw 40 voting options. We can ussume that by the time season 3 is over all the TLC prisoners are freed which leads us to season 4 where 60 out of the 62 freed characters complete (evil leafy and nonexisty dont complete) in addition to 4 new characters (loser, foldy, stapy, liy). All of this was to explain to you that characters like Bomby and Book have been in the show since season 1 episode 17, and they didn’t just come out of nowhere.
