@Jayce Launi 1500 cal is a major deficit for him so he loses the weight throughout the week and then can do a massive challenge all at once. It's how he stays fit. The veg and fruit also is very filling so it fills up his massive stomach without him feeling 'empty'

For those confused as to why stollen (looks like fruitcake with powdered sugar) is good, but fruitcake is not. A big reason is because fruitcake uses "candied fruit" which is not, nor has it ever been made of real fruit. Stollen on the other hand uses real dried fruit which tastes a lot better.
