I started an ajax career mode like last week and decided to make it more fun by adding a bunch of rules like being unable to sign players above 82 OVR and above the age of 24, only signing 2 players a season, keeping signings realistic(not any starters or supersubs from huge clubs) and a few more. I'm still on my first season, and I've signed Marc Guehi and Fabio Mirretti. It's proving to be my favorite career mode so far. I'm second in the league, in the finals of the Orange Baker and in the UCL Quarters.

My opinion as an Ajax fan on your transfers: - Olise (RW) very unrealistic, but whould be absolutely incredible! - Van de Beek (CAM) already played for us before ofcourse, perfect signing! - Verbruggen (GK) also kinda unrealistic since many big clubs are chasing him, but whould be insane too! - Diallo (RW) potential and interesting but not an Ajax player at all - Bassey (CB) already played for us and didnt succeed, he has the potential but hes a little clumsy...

Being an Ajax fan in 2018/19 was more fun, I can tell you that much. It just hurts. A team that prides itself with its clear philosophy straying away from said philosophy, signing a lot of players they don’t need, who lack the Ajax spirit. Quite a few academy prospects not being given proper chances and leaving for other clubs. Turmoil in the managerial and directorial positions ever since ETH and Overmars left.
