I once found an 16 years old academy player with 70 ovr and 87-94 potential in my AS Roma career mode. He became 76 rated after his first season and he became regular starter. At 19 he won his first ballon dor, he was 88 rated and scored 31 goals (CAM). With him i made Roma back to back UCL champions, and Rácz (Thats the name of the player) won the ballon dor 3 times in a row. I loved him like a son. The whole team was built around him. So after a trophyless season, he has submitted a transfer request, and since his contract was expiring, I sold him to Real Madrid for €320,000,000. And since then I made big money signings but nobody could replace Rácz. Im in my eleventh season right now. Rácz is 26 years old an 98 rated. Since he left my AS Roma couldnt win the UCL.

Good video though a little unrealistic to only sell one player. Also only using youth academy once maybe twice after the first season kon did defeats the point a bit. Surely a handicap that you sell your top 3 players (one Def/GK, one Mid and one fwd) each year makes sense and adds to the realism.

Maybe you’ve done this already but: you could try assembling the GREATEST CAREER MODE LINEUP, getting young players with the highest potentials in FIFA 23 of each position and making ALL OF THEM 99 RATED IN 10 SEASONS or less (can use any player just have in mind they have to become or still be 99 rated by the end of the 10th season) * use development plans * boost stats if player shows great performance, achieves goals, etc (make it fun still realistic) * CAN’T modify AGE
