I would 100% buy this if it was a real Ninjago set. It improves on the Legacy Ultra Sonic Raider and the Ultra Combo Vehicle whilst also giving us a bit of that nostalgic design that both the original Ultra Sonic Radar and Ultra Stealth Raider had. Could you make what you think some of the other Source dragons would look like, using the Source Dragon of Motion Set as a starting point?

i remember seeing the combo vehicle on the show and just having a burst of nostalgia. constantly shouting "it's the Ultra Sonic Raider" i really loved the raider as the team vehicle before they got personal vehicles

Looks terrific man! Just 2 things, one you already covered. 1. The build looks a little bulky.(not to bad honestly, for it size.) 2. And the flyer mechanism looks okay, but like you said, you would upgrade that. I do the shape of the flyer very much, and the way the flyer's cockpit opens is very interesting! Overall, a solid 8.7/10

For a build idea, you could make elemental bikes (like the one that Zane had in the summer 2024 wave) for all nine of the ninja, you could include Riyu if you wanted

One thing i miss about Lego is the old combo models. I think it was only bionicle that did it, but you could combine two or three characters using partial instructions in each set, and a lot of them were cool (some were really cursed, but they're all nostalgic for me). Ninjago and technic could be a good testing grounds for modern combo models

This is probably one of the coolest building challenges you've ever done, and might even surpass Kai's titan mech as my favorite!! I would love to see a ninja battle bus AND a leaf dragon mech, you shouldn't have to choose but you can if you want to!! I'd also like to see you make the customizations to this build you wanted with extra pieces not from the sets, and maybe a build tutorial as well; it well outdoes the last two ninja raider/combo vehicles :]

I agree, to me the Ultra Sonic Raider has always been more of a tank tho Good point however, I’d probably find the combo vehicle more likable if it got rid of the tank treads, and leaned more into the race car idea

@@BricksByMind I feel like they included the treads because they’re so memorable to the ultra line. Problem is the sets name doesn’t line up even tho we all assume it’s apart of this line. The ultra speed or dash raider would’ve worked
