Without political stability, proper rules for anti-corruption measures, special budget for higher education and a welcoming environment for multinational companies for competition with local companies,(which all seems impossible in our future for decades) Pakistan will remain under develop.

I'm still laughing about our experience with Serene! We booked with them twice, only to have our flight postponed the first time and cancelled the second time. We ended up getting refunds and booking with FlyJinnah and Airblue instead. Unfortunately, this last-minute change cost us an additional 40,000 rupees for three people.

Compared to PIA, it looks very good... The interior's colors are very nice... but, airline should try to work on better entertainment... whether everyone uses it or not... it should be offered... though they didn't use steel utensils, I like the fact that they used trays, spoons, forks and knives matching airline's official livery colors...

I had the opportunity to travel with Serene Air from Isb to dubai March-2024, I must say it was the worst experience I had, flight was delayed for 2 hours for no reason and on top of it plane was in its worst condition, pilot applied emergency brakes on runway right before takeoff and had to go to airport waiting area. People were flighting with airline staff and asking them to refund our tickets, staff were making lame excuses and were not providing any assistance, they were not cancelling the flight neither providing accurate schedule so people can return to airport as per schedule. All staff members were so shamelessly lying about flight schedule they were adding 30 mins to delay schedule every time being asked about flight. Even one lady fainted due to restlessness during waiting in airport. In total it was 10-11 hours of delay where people were trying to rest on airport waiting chairs. It was WORST Experience of my life for travelling first and last time with Serene Air and I won’t recommend anyone to travel with SERENE AIR.
