I heard TOO MANY good things about these red kolok mee (noodles) that I iterally had to fly from Penang to Kuching on the Borneo side of Malaysia to eat them! I fly with Air Asia, tried their on-board meal of nasi lemak, head to my hotel & check in, have a wonder around the waterfront of Kuching, then finally make my way to Red Kolok Mee vendor at Tower Market Food Court to try out these amazing noodles for the first time!
