KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 20 - Ramly Food Industries Sdn Bhd, which recorded revenue of RM1 billion in 2019, is targeting a 20 per cent growth for this year. Managing director Datuk Dr Ramly Mokni said this would be driven by an expansion in production capacity with the expected completion of a new processing factory in Pulau Indah, Klang, by June. The fully automated plant, focusing on products such as burgers, frankfurters, nuggets and meat balls, would be the largest in Southeast Asia and be able to process five tonnes of raw materials per hour for each product during the first phase compared to only a tonne per hour now, he said. For starters, Ramly Group will invest more than RM500 million to set up a four-line production capacity. It will raise the total investment to up to RM1 billion within three years to install two more production lines. (Source: Malay Mail Monday, 20 Jan 2020 07:04 PM MYT)

A little is fully sedikit-sedikit but shortened to sikit-sikit ! The sweet sauce is a sweet soya bean sauce with the prawn. The full Ramly burger is with all the sauces oozing out ! If it doesn't ooze, it isn't Ramly ! Some add a few drops of Lea & Perrins Worchester Sauce plus pepper MSG. Mayo, Chilisauce and BBQ/Black Pepper Sauce are also added. Look forward to your return. Do show some real German food & drinks in Germany !

Mission accomplished finally...hunting for Ramly burger upon your return to Malaysia after 1.5 year. You must be craving for it. Oh gosh, that burger was a pretty big one and it looked yum yum 😋😋 Yeah, it would turn soggy if not consume fast due to too much sauces. I had a belly ache laugh when that makcik/aunty (next to the burger stall) commented that it's too late as she's already old to tackle and marry you.... You are so handsome...😂🤣😂🤣. BTW those are not sticky rice served as a side order with the satay. They're regular rice but pressed/compacted, called nasi impit or rice cakes, and they go extremely well with the same peanut sauce. During hari raya you can see majority of the malay houses offering either nasi impit, or ketupat. Both can be eaten with either the kuah kacang (peanut sauce) or rendang

The pakcik makcik at the all the stores are so friendly haha. They used to work with customers everyday. Very nice to see their services. I myself rarely go to the street food at pasar malam, because it a bit far and I'm too lazy to go through the traffic jam haha. Also just to add, when the auntie sat with you she said the funniest thing like how you're so handsome and she wishes she's younger so she can flirt with you or something haha.

"Himpit" means compress in Malay. The satay looks delicious too.

10:24 at 7.30pm they start to prepare their wares. It may be that they had prayer right before 7.30. You may find that people will not be at their stalls or are on break during prayer times. This will be around noon (1-2pm), evening (4.30-5pm) and dusk (7-7.30pm). Around dusk, I believe anywhere in Malaysia it is best to arrive around 8 so people will be ready to serve you. I think it is usually like this almost every stall you go to.
