Great job Tim & Perth Lawn Guys! I live in Chicago (IL, USA) where Winter is sub-zero temperatures and snow is on the ground. So it’s weird to see you all with shorts and short sleeves in the Winter. Australia appears to be more like California USA and our southern US states, where Winter temps are in the 50 degrees F (10 degrees Celsius) and no snow, unless in the mountains.

I like how this is going. With teamwork, the yard is in progress. You are on the nature strip, your friends clearing planting beds of extras. A year of the equivalent of drought, having a place neatened should cheer the neighborhood. You all are doing well. I know it isn't easy to pull a place back up to standards. Having to pull weeds becomes part of it, but I noted intelligent thought in figuring out ways to make it possible. I'm smiling as the design comes back, the interesting plants are noticeable, the crispness stands-out. That was a great finish, the house looks good.

For those who live outside the metric world, 27mm rain is 1 inch (25.4mm actually but near enough). So 1" rain in 9 months. For the world's most remote state/province capital city!
