If developers have the money to buy properties all over the place then they should also be taking care of the lawn care like everyone else has to. When places have high grass and massive amounts of weeds it’s not just an eyesore it also makes it a place where bugs and rodents breed and hide and other small animals start to do the same. That’s the biggest problem and the biggest reasons why municipalities give tickets out to homeowners, landlords and businesses. Corporations that own a LOT of properties, sadly, don’t care. It seldom affects their own communities / neighborhoods. I think they should be charged for their property getting cut. Community members couldn’t even use the sidewalks on that side of the street until Tim cut everything down. The property management company wasn’t dealing with it so someone had to.

Why I enjoy your videos is not about tidy green lawns it's about creating order out of chaos. That's the satisfying thing, how much less chaotic the places are, how much easier they'd be to get around. Love your work Tim! 🌻

Love your big green bags instead of cans or plastic bags. Better for environment. I particularly do not like putting biodegradable grass clippings in plastic bags WTF!!!!

Perfect transformation! That kind of vegetation wouldn't look beautiful and decorative in any season...very bramble-y, thorny, dried and spikey. Shame on the developer for being so negligent...it seems they want to claim land and not take care of ALL of it. Bravo to you Tim for making it look so good and cared for! Unfortunately, Developers don't care about the land whilst waiting for their applications and permits "to squeeze as many homes on a block" are waiting to be processed and approved by Council. They expect the neighbours and Community to just put up with it! Thankyou Tim for tidying this up, looks so much nicer for the locals.👍👌

Great transformation Tim as usual!! This video should serve 2 purposes. 1) By the owner/developer not maintaining the property, we are entertained. And for the neighbors, bring the before and after pictures/video to the residents comments section of the council and ask why the city doesn’t fine the developers in the area for not maintaining their properties. Having attended many community council meetings, the Streets, Forestry & Sanitation Department has to provide the council members and residents a report at the next meeting with resolution. This would be hard if it’s Sydney but if it’s a smaller community, it would work.

Every kind of transformation of an unsightly area helps us all, IMO. How wonderful it would be to live in a neat and tidy world, where everywhere we go, there is beauty. I liked this one Tim. In the 60's, there was an after school Public Service Announcement between shows that sang the song "Brighten the Corner Where You Are"...along with other PSA's that talked about littering, and of course Smokey the Bear "Only YOU can prevent forest fires".

I like to see the lawn videos of these walkways being done rather than the abandoned houses people do sometimes. Everyone will benefit from the clean walkways. I would like to see you do the whole stretch. Multiple videos and then tie the whole lot together at the end. You're improving an area you live in, that's awesome!!!

You are a champ. I saw that guy around 3 minutes walking on the road instead of the sidewalk. The before and after photo's are awesome. Sometimes, when you are using the weed eater,it's as if I can smell that grass being curt along with the dust of the dirt. I had a root beer float while watching this! Have a good weekend.

You could have said no and left it for the developers but you didn't, you took on this task with graciousness and did a wonderful job. You didn't have to edge it but you did it anyway because you have integrity and pride in your work, you have a great reputation. I love watching you do things for others. Great job you doing Tim , I’m from New Zealand and I have the same problem with my neighbour he’s a developer and purchase the house 4 years ago and not once mow the lawns and it’s so long I’m just spraying weed killer to stop it coming into my property . I wish some developers would show respect for the neighbours around them .

Hey Tim, thanks for doing something like this, I live not far from where you are in this video (new area on the other side of the main road from where you are), and there are so many empty or council owned blocks (for water basins etc.) that have paths overrun like this, it makes take my 2yr old daughter for a walk very annoying as some are so bad I have to walk on the road.
