That treadmill part with the spike walls reminded me of the worst torture method I have ever heard. A room with a floor that is sandpaper on rollers and the rollers are always on so if you stop you go to the wall and start slowly getting grinded into paste. Imagine days of that till you collapse from exhaustion so weak you can't even move while your being ground up by the sandpaper floor by the wall... anyways good video 100/10
