I know so many others have said it, but Knut's way of dieting (while effective if followed strictly) isn't sustainable for beginners who are completely new to or haven't been following a fitness routine. If they worked directly with nutritionists, they'd be able to follow a meal plan that still allows some fats and not 100% healthy bland food, but I feel that with Knut's plan being their introduction most of them won't be willing to try another diet.
