@casualpotato442 жыл бұрын
And we need deck balancing. Whichever mod said these decks were balanced were mad capping. Watched these live and had no doubts that it would be a Syk-Moist finals. They knew the game first and foremost and they had the most consistent decks. But even then, Syk had one card plays l, consistent searches, honest Neos hand trap, great boss monsters, and freaking Dark Law. Syk deserved the win, no question. Not taking that away from him. But it was served up to him on a silver platter. I just wished it was a more balanced tourney. And that the decks, since they're pre made, were properly vetted.

@acepalomino47182 жыл бұрын
@@casualpotato44 yeah but, you cant even compare goat format to these decks, or any other format really. Goat wouldve been better tho for sure imo due to the simplicity of the game. But what the comment im referring to has nothing to do with balanced decks. Im saying the players skill in the game itself and learning the deck as you go is overrall more entertaining then seeing comp decks go against each other with players who were either trained by actual players or even just getting that extra week to learn the deck. For example, the elemental hero deck had a lot of the good fusion monsters, and honest neos which in itself is broken already, and it had cards like Mirror force. And apparently charlie's deck, the red-eyes deck, didn't have a mirror force? Sure, the red-eyes deck is also pretty good, but the difference in advantage is crazy. Some sort of misunderstanding of how strong the decks should be seems to be at play, but that one in particular seems quite underwhelming. I wonder if it was supposed to be a joke? Haha

There are pieces of a good deck its just missing some important cards to tie it together which is a choice that was made..

I mean with a Zeus the Deck would‘ve been absolutely busted
@fixeddie30062 жыл бұрын
@@uohdubonsat2613 Yeah but either Drident or a Shuraig would be nice. It is a much stronger deck engine-wise compared to all the other decks but that doesn't mean much without a wincon so Ludwig had nothing to combat Sykunno in that duel.

If charlie actually serious and learn the deck he could've won. But, it's entertaining regardless. Do more of this in the future, but next time either allow or disallow hand traps to make it more balanced.
