Thank you dear sister for this song. You posted on my birthday. I have forgiven the unforgivable in most peoples eyes. But us as Gods children are to forgive the unforgivable. He says in Matthew 6 we have to forgive others if we want Him to forgive us. Thank God He not only provides us with the strength to forgive but He comforts us and heals us.

Forgiveness is something i have a very bad relationship with. I hate that the people that have hurt me act like nothing has happened, (I'd rather someone tell me to my face than shake my hand whike stabbing me in the back,) and nothing will ever change. I truly want to give up my anger and hate, but i dont know how

Completely understandable…. I’ve found that for me it truly is impossible without the Lord’s help and that’s something He wants to help us with.. I’ve had to ask Him and be open with Him about what has hurt me and then surrender that hurt to Him and ask Him to free me of the anger because it truly only keeps you in bondage when He wants you to be free - it’s absolutely not easy but with Him, it’s possible and He wants to help you! ❤️ I would encourage you to be honest with Him and ask Him how ☺️

I heard the hymn "farther along" this morning for the first time, and I wept at how it spoke to me on my anger and that I need to forgive, I need to truly surrender to God and give my life to Him, moment by moment if thats what I need.
