I FORGOT HOW GOOD THIS LURE IS! | topwater fishing a chilly morning

Another week, another video! This time in a new stretch of river in search for some bread and butter brutes. I did manage to get the target species, however the topwater bite grabbed my attention and ended up throwing the old faithful Bassday sugapen to take me back to my routes! Hope you enjoy

A great session. Thanks for sharing. The Double Clutch sure work well for flathead, but if someone is after something less expensive, it’s worth giving the Zerek Tango Shads a try, particularly if you’re trolling.

Not for this session unfortunately. I’ve been out a fair bit in the Feel Free recently! This particular spot was far from the launch spot, so the smaller, lighter kayak is more suitable rather than the 40kg+ feel free kayak with the motor etc.
