Keeping all CPT Qualifiers the same format makes some sense. They don't want to make it feel like one of them is required because it might be a better chance of qualifying etc.

I think Daigo probably feels weird for you because he doesn't really seem to repeat his defense. I've never seen a Daigo loss where he lost because he was conditioned.

Seeing how often Xiaohai reverse 3-0'd people on Top 8, I'd be happy it was FT2 all the way through pool honestly. lol But yeah, I hope Capcom changes the format eventually. FT3 all the way seems what fits the best with SF6. The game is way too explosive, I've seldom seen time outs happen since it came out.

FANG and AKI are vastly different characters. Fang does not convert big damage. He plays to lame out and drag the game out using his poison and win by grinding. Aki is about applying poison to the opponent so she can do an explosive burst of damage and cash out.
