DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi 3 has 60 fps in the menus, but it caps to 30 in battle. It's only possible to do by installing a specific mod to the PS2 version, but is really tedious to do that for only a single mod, and it's not that much of a difference.

@@Lynohara What are you talking about? I have the PCSX2 emulator and the official ISO of the DBZ BT3 NTSC region and the battles are in real 60 FPS without any modding required.

@@Brolylover007 I suppose that that's your configuration settings. But in the vanilla game (Without emulators or modding) it only goes to 60 when you aren't in a battle. Only in the menu it goes to 60. I'm almost sure that it is because of the configurations of the emulator or the version (Probably both, because as far as I know, it was only possible with mods or as TK KDDYURO said before)
