Fun fact, neo tri-beam can be exploited to deal 99,999 damage on any of the maps that have an area with no floor (the bottom of the destroyed earth map for example) this is because since there is no ground to lay on knockdowns do not force the opponent onto the ground and therefore each blast from tri beam deal full damage instead of the half from OTG.

Neo Tri-Beam in Tenkaichi Tag (AND I assume as well with BT3 and modded from what I saw holy crud) is best used when you have more health since you can abuse it over and over by depleting on your health. So if your health is on Red, the Neo Tri-Beam would only work like 2-3 times only and if you have 1HP, once. It's a powerful Ultimate if you use it right away when your opponent has lower health. It's like that Yugioh spell, Clashing Souls. The ultimate gamble move; suited for Doto.

Honestly Tenshinhan vs Hit was one of my most wanted fight out of the real Tournament of Power. Both were rivals of Goku he met at a tournament and were trained in assassin techniques. Now power-wise how would that work out? I dunno, but watching Tien pull out some bullshit to somehow at least kind of counter the time skip as well as vast power difference would have been hype anyway.

This needs something like the old Star Wars Battlefront or SoulCalibur games, where you get a large overview map of an area and can see where people are, move units around or whatever, and then play a fight if allies and enemies clash. Assuming that could be programmed in for a mod, anyway. I suppose you could just do it with a separate app but that's not as fun. That sort of thing would execute a 'battle royale' feeling a bit better, I think.

So the reason Tien has Neo Tri-Beam in this game is probably because of modders if not I would like to point out this ability was used to try and stall Semi-Imperfect Cell from absorbing 18 and completing his transformation and almost worked but you know he had hyper regeneration and sneakiness. Poor Tien. So it's epic that they made that his ultimate wincon.
