Literally such an epic boss Freakager is. Illage and Spillage is literally my favorite Minecraft mod to have been crafted in modding history and the fact DarkPeasent brought it back makes me so happy, Im so making a mod showcase for this mod.

Good video you could try a addon for this similar to the it’s magispelling time mod called Goety and Spillage which gives you the freakager’s powers and something a little special in the form of a potion

To be honest the updated freakager does not look fun to fight. The amount of mobs it summons infinitely really adds to the annoyance and tediousness. That one lethal attack when it grabs you in the last phase should be blockable with a shield.

sadly you did cheesed it and missed the “axe flurry”(its so deadly it can do so much damage to something like ancient remnant and just make it lose at least 50% of their full hp when 75% of the axes hit

Definitely doable in diamond. You just need some ender pearls to escape his grasp

If you ask me, it's not a good fight, the constant spawn of adds is making the fight worst. Yeah sure it is to make it challenging but, it actually isn't, it just makes the fight more annoying. A good boss fight or a proper boss fight is something that you "can" dodge, this fight is impossible to No Hit. The Freakager could take notes for Magispeller, sure he's more weaker than the New Freakager, but the Magispellers attack are readable, dodgeable, good timing and overall balance,, though I wish the Magispeller could cast Fang Run and Crashager in far distance rather than being point blank

Yeah, I do kinda agree and balance changes will be made, though I will say a couple things: 1. The creator of the original mod shared with me a list of what he had planned for the remake before the mod was discontinued, among which was both the Eyesores and Funnybones along with their attacks and behaviors, so I'd rather not get rid of them 2. The fight can be no hit (I and probably a few others have done it)

Cool boss, love both the Freakager and Ragno, especially the solo Ragno Phase 2, the jumpscare is kinda cheap but interesting, and the update is rad this fight looks super annoying to deal with though, hopefully they make it less annoying in the future. forgot this is a revamped version of Illage and Spillage, but this is rad, though my feelings still stand, I’m glad this mod is getting revamped and having more stuff added to it.
