Thank you so much Kenan for keeping my Big Boy Beast safe. Beast is 31 years old and a loved member of the family. He has become quite the bulldozer plowing through the fencing. Most of the fencing has been reinforced with rebar but he found the weak spot. I just got back. I am repairing the fence today and meeting up with Rob in the morning to bring him home. My grandsons William & James (Nature Boys) will be excited that you have made a video of the same tortoise as them. Love your videos! We have been watching them for years.

Shout out to the lady who went to Kenan because she saw a big tortoise wandering around. Lots of people would have said "not my problem" but she took steps to reunite the animal with who she thought was the owner and in effect did help on keeping Beast safe. Cheers to honking lady!

Wow he is a BEAST!!! He's soo awesome!!! I have a Sulcata Tortoise named ike and he is just over 200lbs! My father got him 45 years ago when ike was a hatchling. He's been in the family longer than me lol. Unfortunately my father passed away when I was 4, so this big dude means the world to me.

I know the feeling of having a loved animal(my uncle L who is the youngest from my grandmother's side of the family children bought her a Chihuahua dog named Chu over 10 years ago) I remember cause I was just starting my second session going back to college after I graduated from UWF(Uni of West Florida) after my grandmother passed away I generously took ole Chu-bear into my home and he's been there ever since then. I wasn't a tiny dog lover for years after my great great aunt gave me a small chocolate standard(not giant) cause there's 4 types not including the pocket sized poodles(sadly he only lived to be 12 years ole) anyways I know the feeling and honorable nostalgia of owning a much older animal believe me I do 💜😭. My god mother Cathy adores him so much he even gets on the bed and erps with her(even though I am the one picking up his poop,changing his good and water trays plus walking and grooming him myself(I feel at times I'm this little dogs butler and not friend lol but I didn't care what mattered is that he is happy and u was happier having a part of grandmother with me still 😭☝️💜🙄😂) May continue to bless you and your family kind sir

Just use a fat sharpie..epoxy..highly ignorant...and cruel..how would you like if i write on you with a pen...and to just make sure its sealed mix up some A&B..an paint that on you..i have my own sulfate. Here in the az desert ..had her when she was born and to present. She is almost 30 yrs young and tipping the scales at 130lbs. I would never..ever..ever..do that! My tortoise Tremer is with me for life and probably another life. Cant even tell you how many of dogs she has outlived..in my world..well maybe.. 8 or 9. You know on of the oldest tortoise in the world is..hm Jonathan proximity 175yrs and still trucking. So yeah i know alot about tortoises. Her name is Tremer..she's on youtube.

@@eduardoo3207 bs.. marker just fades away..epoxy is a strong adhesive. And yes i can claim her as mine as she has a very distinctive part on her she has had since birth only i know about. She got out once when she was only a few lbs. All neighbors know her and was quickly return because of my address and phone number on her shell. Oh btw she's not a ''turtle''..she is a tortoise. Sharpies are safe..used by everyone and safe for children to use. And yes i washes off with a little bit of dawn dish soap, sponge, and water.

Another thing I've noticed about getting Turtles to eat. I just got some new three-toed hybrid box turtles. I think just about everything I'm feeding them is new to them. It seems to take them forever to start eating something new. But when one takes a bite and decides he likes it. It's not long before everybody's checking it out.

I like that they put a phone number on Beast. Sure keeping him secure in his own habitat is key, but you never know if an animal will outsmart you in the end, and this way you have chance to take care of the animal as soon as someone calls you!
