This video is very misleading and why eBay is being ruined, yes the PSA 10 of that card is worth $800-900, look at a PSA 9 graded card and the price is Drastically Lower and any Ungraded cards typically go for less. Now with this being a rarer card definitely higher value but No Where Near $800, and if you have a different grading company the price will vary also (typically lower, psa is king) just do your homework people.

A couple weeks ago I got a blaster box of 2019 Topps Heritage from Walmart and I pulled a Mike Trout Throwback short print. I went on eBay and only a couple cards that have been sold and they range from $1,900 - $3,000. I could believe it!
