Fun fact: On areas like the turret rooms, you can hear the secret monster named painters voice, he is a cool and goofy lil bot computer, and he a funny and angy silly boi! And he’s pretty rare for seeing him face to face, but like I said, for turret rooms, gauntlet rooms, etc and taking damage to good people, he will spawn, and he was trapped to mine roblux or currency, instead of hiding from us, he was hidden forcefully, and his objective is to delay the crystal retrieval, and he really does not intend to kill you, etc. And he wasn’t installed by the blacksite, he was found and taken by guards in the facility and taken as I said, to mine currency to profit for the hadal division. I guess I’ll end it here and I’ll edit this comment for more info on painter.

I've eaten it now it's a really hard thing to get the wall dweller to die by an entity and its more of a rare chance that one will spawn and try to kill you right as the entity comes through. Something you probably know is that if you eat it the flesh will heal you slowly for the rest of your run. Fun fact: after it spawns it will pretend to run away and then come back. Really hope this helps
