You should do a video entirely on Normans, going in, checking out what they have, talking with the staff. They are awesome people!

You'd have a hard time finding someone as happy as Tim when he's playing. You can see the joy everytime he plays. I mean, after forty+ years of professional guitar playing, how the hell can he still be so passionate about it. That's inspiring for sure. I love your videos, Tim and I love your love of the guitar!

Aww Tim, this is SUCH a fantastic video. Your playing has been inspiring me for close to forty years. In fact, the very first time I ever sought out the credits on an album cover was figure out who was playing all the fiery leads on Living In Oz. And James Santiago is a bad, BAD mama jamma! Every time I've heard him in a long-form interview, he has frequently apologized for geeking out too hard and going (he thinks) too far down the guitar nerd rabbit hole, but he is such a fascinating guy. James, if you see this, please know that the depth of your knowledge is such a gift. Not only are you an incredibly soulful and tasteful player, but your ability to communicate the things you know is really extraordinary. I've always loved the videos you share on KZbin (I've revisited the vids where you dial in Andy Summers, VH, and Eric Johnson tones again and again), and I TRULY loved those podcasts you did with Scott and Guitar Nerd. Your interview on Everybody Loves Guitar is a real treasure to me, as well. Hey, for what it's worth, I would LOVE to have a regular way to hear your thoughts on music, gear, playing, LIFE! I know you're an incredibly busy guy (Well, maybe not these next few months, given that we've all been cloistered/lol) but please know there's a ton of us out here who love your work. Man, just to sit and listen to you and Tim talk about this stuff? Such an embarrassment of riches. And Tim, thank you, for being such a generous human being.

Another good mood video I watched from you!. Since I subscribed (only recently) I have watched almost daily one of your vids and boy they make me feel good. As a 60 year amateur guitar player I just love to hear you Tim playing and then having guests in to share stories. I have learned so much new stuff and have got some very good tips and also enforcement on for example on how I think of playing rhythm guitar. I am from Finland Helsinki area and that Billy Gibbons video I remember well. Not many people recognized him on the street and notice how he got some money given to his guitar box :-) .

We're in quarentine for almost 2 weeks here in Portugal and it seems we're flattening the curve. Music is my balm, and playing guitar also, for this days at home. Thank you once again!

About 30 years ago I got to play Dickey Betts’s “Goldie” through his rig one afternoon after Reddog & Troy we’re done setting up. I was hanging with Warren & Jaimo. It was a ‘57 and still had the original small frets but played like a dream! I’ve played a number of Fifties Les Paul’s and they weren’t all great, but Dickey’s was a magical one. I believe that one now is the Redtop.

This was the perfect episode for me. I have a 10/56 strat that needs a refret, especially the first 4 frets. I've been agonizing whether I should keep it as is and struggle with playing or get a refret and enjoy the guitar more at risk of lowering the value. Your video helped me decide.
