I was riding my moped when I found a handcuff on the side of the rode. I then found two prisoners running around the streets and one of them stole my Honda Ruckus motor bike.

Okay, these videos are probably fake but these videos take a lot of effort. I'm pretty sure the point of these videos are to help you with these situations. For example: This one. If you see a prisoner on the road, you confront them first. See why they are wearing handcuffs or anything. When you finally identify the suspect, try to get away and call 911. Tell them exactly what road or location they were last seen at. After, try to stay away from that area to avoid dangers.
