My mines in Manitoba are pegmatite and hematite and the gold is quite fine but we are pulling 18.6 grams/a ton during our sampling and prospecting phase on the outcropping. We are planning to drop a shaft as the 400 ft drill core returned close to 38 g/t. Side note for your underground mine. Check out mobile beaver core drills. Companies out of the southern states. Hands down love this core drill. Not sponsored at all but do your own research. I use it horizontally and vertically with amazing depth and results. Small, compact, and cheap! You can get away with button carbide tips amd the thing eats rock like a monster.

This is the only channel I contribute to, and, even though I’ve not taken advantage of the benefits of being a member, it’s been worth every cent - long trips by car are much more enjoyable when the scenery can be studied for sources of AU. Gday jeff, been a long time fan from Australia of you definite made a awesome impression on me. Just Finished a 1oz bucket of local paydirt made a video n short showing what came out and long description how this my third bucket was spot on and paid $30 less than gold was the day I bought it weight, good spread of nugs and fine and before anyone go's out field learning what it looks like in pan and like you show many times how crazy you can pan trusting that gold, at end talkn bout gold fever instantly I'm I remember Jeff Williams talk about claim jumpers I couldn't help going from normal to in my version of character or maybe it was real, guns n sorting it out ending in gold fever crazy nutcase fashion. at the end of my description, I put a reference about you and your channel. so, I want to know if you're all cool with that? if ya don't mind reply and tell me how you stand with that I won't just put it here unless you ask or link, like some Dubble bluffing viewer rustler. the way its referenced im in no doubt if they enjoyed my little fever reliver I'm sure they will visit here i didnt do any panning in my content so if there wana lernt i told em this is where I learnt and became a ""yeah I got wet"" crazy style pan expert, even that tiny dont worry i smashed dem buttons haaaaaaarrd. ⛏🏴☠

Dry panning: I have a couple of ideas for that. Get a length of 110mm plastic pipe, especially one with a joint to add another pipe. Get a steel bar with a thread stamped on it say 8mm diameter. At the bottom of the pipe put a lid. Then just about the joint put a fanblade on the threaded steel bar. About 20cm from the top of the threaded bar, fix a round metal plate with holes in it. Then all you need is an accu drill. Put your pay dirt in the top of the pipe so it lands on the metal plate, start the drill...this should get rid of the oversized stones by centrifugal force and blow all the dust off allowing the heavies to fall to the bottom of the pipe.

The club i belong to, River City Prosoectors, has a waterfall in one claim. I noticed where everyone was panning and prospecting. All where the runoff is high pressure. I went to where there was low pressure areas. They found very little, I found as you put it, Gobs of black sand and Gold. The waterfall is high in the mountain and drops into a gradient equal to a sluice.

On the north side of the Santa Catalina Mountains north of Tucson is Alder Canyon and its placers. The gold comes out of the conglomerate that forms the high walls of the canyon at its bottom. The Alder Canyon conglomerates are like concrete--high-quality, utterly cured concrete. Their hardness explains why, historically, no one messed with them and stuck instead to the sands in the stream bottom.

was watching a video on programmed bismuth. when the dieletric plane of a magnet passes over it theres a speed bump you can feel. it was theoria apophasis he mentioned an idea for a diamagnetic lattice that could be placed in a sluice to cause small flour gold to fall out of solution as it passes by. if i had the time and money i'd make one. would be a great novelty item for prospectors. he has another video where he demonstrates how a quartz crystal lattice when aim in the right direction is repelled by a magnetic field. gold hates magnetism just like the center of a magnetic field.

Hey Jeff, I always heard that gold is only made in stars. Lately I've seen where our pleasant sun has a cyclical angry event that flings molten coronal mass into space that sometimes splats on Earth, giving us our gold deposits (while flattening civilizations back to sticks and stones). From your gold region notes, any common patterns for repeated gold layers? Planets are a big clock, geared through time, and the event seems to happen every 12,000 years where the Younger Dryas was the last time, marked just like the "K-T Boundary" dinosaur platinum layer.

How long do the batteries last?
@holleylafary65942 ай бұрын
@rayon3383 if I am in really good pockets.. 3 batteries will last me easily 6hrs to collect in the cracks. I dig out and sweep as much as possible of the large over sized stuff. I have plenty of picks like for the rubber o rings and such for automotive stuff. I also use tire tools and leverage to move around hard pack places. But it is honestly about rationing battery and not packing out stuff that isn't gold bearing. I live in NW Arkansas,so I pack my little tear drop camper light on hardware. I have an inverter on my pickup so recharging isn't a problem. I use a little metal yard wagon to carry stuff that is hard to hike with and set up a homemade tarp of bed sheets for shade and cooling zone if needed. I can spend all day sun up to sun down collecting pay dirt and dry panning. And always remember to do a deep clean on floor mats when you are done. Never know the goodies kept hidden in your shoe treads.
