Really interesting. We are a 2 mom family that used a sperm donor. We used a donor that allowed his info to be released when our son is 18 and we are already in touch with a bunch of his donor sibling families (he's 9 months old now).

I find this so relatable!! I have the exact situation that you do , the only difference is my dad and my mom agreed to have me with no strings attached for him , he was just a direct donor lol. Now I’m 17 and wanting to see what he looks like and meet him but my mom and him don’t have anything to contact each other with so I’m currently on the hunt right now lol both of my moms are very supportive and are trying to help me find him ❤️ wish me luck ☺️

I just found your channel & just love it! I love your stories!! This video really opened my eyes! I was thinking wow....good thing you aren't dating a sibling! I can see how you were a little freaked out! Thank you for being open & honest about your anxiety, etc... It helps others that also suffer from it, but dont have the resources to learn how to cope! I'm 56 and suffer from anxiety & depression still! I've learned to live with it & it gets easier when you're old like me!! When I was young, people weren't as open about it as.they are now..I suffered miserably in my later teens...and felt so alone. Its nice meeting you through your channel!!! Keep up your great work!! You're a doll! :)

Thank you so much for sharing. I am on a journey to become a single mom by choice through sperm donation. I plan to tell my child from the beginning. Just not sure what exact age or how. Maybe read then a children's book about it. How did your mom's tell you?

Sherrie Taft We were always open with our daughter which is a good thing- she just found her biological father, two half siblings, and a first cousin last week! One half sibling learned his dad wasn’t his biological dad in his forties! It was a family secret. Especially with the popularity of DNA tests and needing health histories, keeping this secret isn’t fair. Needing donor sperm to conceive is nothing to be ashamed of. A family that wants a child enough to take some extra steps to have one is a wonderful thing!

Hello Kaylee! this was an interesting video. I was adopted and always knew that I was adopted. It wasn't talked about at my house, I just always knew. When I was eighteen I met my biological parents. I had eight half siblings! I met them briefly, but only for a short period of time. I have really enjoyed your videos! I'm going to check out some more!

I am in a similar boat as you, I have two moms who had me through a anonymous sperm donor I have no idea how many half siblings I have I know I have at least one though I hope to meet the ones I have someday. I did a DNA test cause I wanted to find out what my ancestry was(turns out I am not Native American lol) there where a couple of 2nd cousins so that’s cool. I really wish they told you who or how many people from that donor there are:( but I am only 13 and any other half siblings I have are probably to young to do a ancestry test yet.anyway it’s cool you are sharing this online 🤙🏻✌🏿

Your video makes me a bit sad. My son donated sperm and two women got pregnant. I haven’t been told if the babies are born yet or not. But I truly hope one day I can see them and know them. They are my grandkids no matter how they were conceived. It breaks my heart that they will be out there and I may never know them. I feel sad that they may feel like you do and never want a relationship with me. ☹️

Poor girl. See that's why it's sick to donate sperm and donate it to lesbian couples. All children deserve to have a married mum and dad.
