Thank you pastor Charles, it is the first time I have ever commented on something on KZbin but I felt like saying this. You can't understand how your testimony really helped me. This week I was about to give up to live anymore. I was so blinded that I didn't even consider if God really cares about me anymore. I had stopped watching sermons because none of them were relatable with my life and felt left out by even God. I felt goosebumps watching this. This is important. The devil is real people and he works every day. He doesn't sleep. Some of us can only move forward by combining works and prayer. I won't lie. Sometimes we pray more when things are bad and pray less when things are good. No no.... we should pray regardless, demand god to cover us and our families and friends, and acquaintances. As followers of christ we are set apart. We are kings and queens on earth. We have to tap into the blessings god has for us. Forget about the things of the world. Forget about them. Re-watching this I noticed he spoke about male postpartum depression when he was speaking about the birth of his first baby boy. I learned that men do in fact have postpartum depression a while back but most men do not report it because our society teaches men being vulnerable with their emotions is bad. Please remember to check on the BOTH the parents once their baby is born. Depression left untreated and gone unnoticed is fatal!!

Pastor Charles the Holy Spirit used you today. So many people including me were reminded who helps us fight by surrendering it to our Lord and savior. He gave us the how, who and why we fight. Fight spirits is a spiritual battle and the only way we do that is with Holy Spirit working through us. Thank you for this reminder because I needed to remember that this spirit was trying to take out my family for many years and that have decided that this curse will end with me. When i heard your testimony it sounds like how I felt a few times in my life and in my 30s I considered taking my life. But I started added to my spiritual tool box and the word became my source to fight. Then now 14 years later my children started the same process but the difference is was able to equipped them sooner and commission them to teach these to teach there children. This sermon is really deep. There's so many of us going through some of these things and its so hard. I can relate to the part where he said,"...you're out here shouting Jesus is going to heal you and these are prayers for yourself..." There are times when you see people going through hurt and pain and you begin to speak to them what you're hoping to hear from others. But God is in control. He still sees us, he loves us, he provides and protects. He is the Lord our healer our provider, our redeemer, our comfort, our shield...He has done so much, he has seen it fit that we at still alive and he has amazing blessing for our lives. We keep fighting because he is in control.
