I found my LIMA train set

For my fourth Christmas, Santa gave me a model Lima train set. This week I found it in Mum's roof. My son, now aged 2, who loves his wooden train set took great delight in controlling the train "Start", "Stop", "Fast", "Slow". Please hit subscribe! This channel will detail my return to the world of model railways, it would be great if you can follow along.
This is a Lima model train. The train is a New South Wales, C38 class steam engine (Australian). It received it in 1984. Lima trains run on HO scale track (also called OO track), so they are compatible with brands such as Peco, Bachmann and Hornby. (OO is a slightly larger scale, but the track is the same).

Hey man, awesome set! I recently found a Lima Train set based on the South African railways. They used to be my great grandfather's, but he didn't leave behind a manual on how to operate it. I am quite young and know next to nothing on model trains and how they work, not to mention the old models. Any chance you could help me? The print on the locomotive's side reads "E919" if that can help

I also got Lima Model Trains, but it I can’t get the wheels on the train move it just came a weird sound and some sparks...
