This is what exactly I went through as a local doctor... mine was so bad because i ended up going back to ushagu to burn charcoal for survival, then i now switched from alcohol to bangi and miraa..when i gained my mind back and got back to work , i worked hard to recover what i lost .. saa hii siwezi guza mihadarati liwe liwalo

@@jackieluv Haki my life today is so enjoyable without alcohol, my businesses are running so well . I was found in the bar when I'm not working and after work until 3:00AM 🥺😢🥲 Kuna wakati nilikuwa natoka kwa club Monday morning na nilianza kukunywa friday😢 .... When people are going to work mimi naenda kwa nyumba kulala imagine, remaining with 10/- tu ya kununua mara moja because of headache and hungover, nikiwa mchafu zaidi, I used to tell myself that i cannot be helped.
