Our nation needs to address childhood trauma, addiction amongst other monsters that are inflicting our youth today. Mr Ndichu, time doesn't exist it's man made construct. Make use of the oresent moment and forgive yourself such an eloquent narrator.

I like it that our nation has started to address mental wellness. Most people are dying in the inside with no one to talk to

You know what addicted persons become very heavy burdens to their loved ones or spouses. They want to be understood They think about what should be done to them but they Don't know that the loved one has to deal with the substance and not the human. The burden is too heavy for anyone to handle surely everyone is dealing with self trying to add another burden becomes way too overwhelming. Addiction has something to do with unresolved issues, childhood traumas, rejection, abuse and so forth so your spouse or any another person may not relate. You just have to have the WILL to come out of it or speak it out. Just stop it!

Couldn’t agree more , some choices affect the people who love you more than they affect the victim , alcoholism is a Perfect example . Ruin homes , ruins homes , ruins health ruins everything .
