Is there a tool that allows me to create a website that looks exactly like my Figma design without knowing how to code?

hey , should i learn ui/ux in 2024 for 2025 , am thinking of getting a freelance out of it in 2025 , please brother answer me , should i learn or not , am also planning to learn code but firstly this , what should i do , please answer? I am thinking that the market is oversaturated and I'll be not able to get freelance job on platforms like fiverr or upwork. What should I do? Should I learn , invest my every 5h/d or not ? till dec2024 ?
