Actually, this is a TH where neighbors literally can't see in the garden, hence is why "secret" is stressed. It's got a 1.5 floor wall on the side bordering the neighbor, and the neighbor has a setback after that. Making it impossible for any floor to see onto the garden.

Kitchen, family room, and play room need a gut job. Secret garden needs some pizzazz added and it would be awesome. Ballroom needs some of the flair that the upper floors have and it could be transformed into a wowing space. Upper floors are awesome- almost like being in a different house than downstairs. Extra apt comes with what appears to be popcorn but wasn’t the type of popcorn we wanted. I could be wrong on it having popcorn... Either way, the roof deck makes up for it.

I love the secret garden and also the history of this place. I like how it is so spacious, what a special find, you are so right. Super cool for a family and it is totally unique! I watch it many times over and over and over again !! You still got it. The kitchen is my favorite. I think I want this place. I've actually been looking at it for about a year or two lol. I would put a energy saving car in the drive way, very rare to have a driveway in New York. I love how it is Chelsea because I love going to the Chelsea Market on KZbin channels but it is nothing like being there in person. You are really touching my imagination and opening my dreams with this Clemingtine clemingtimes mansion. I really find your videos helpful in a million ways . I can go on and on and on. Great House for New York. Cause you normally are rich if you can have this house. I would set my step parents into the secret appartement. Both Kids would get 2 rooms and my parents would get the Office and the balcony room of the Living room as their living space. So then every household member would have a living space and a bedroom.
