Excellent, Grand, valiant pursuit by you. It's a masterpiece in the making. A few suggestive pointers include: 1. Fabric upholstery the headboards of all bedrooms 2. Paint, paint, shiny paint the cabinets. 3. Paint walls. SPRAY PAINT GOLD at all the attention grabbing spots. 4. Accent walls should get striking wallpaper. The wall staring infront of you when you walk into any room is the accent wall. 5. Movie theatre should be in. Copy the one in the Yellow Ferrari townhouse. 6. Billiards table should be in there.

Owners bought is for 1.5 million. Its not worth 100 million because you can live in it the way they are selling. Reather buy a new house then have to rebuild a house, this is going to be more like a museum. If someone spent 100 million then house should be brand new completed inside. Why would you spend 100 million on a house that was bought for 1.5 million? House should be finished before selling for 100 million.
