So I stopped taking caffeine but my sleep sucks I think I have some sort of insomnia (thats why I started taking caffeine in the first place). Caffeine saturation has nothing to do with the daily dose, FDA says south of 400 milligrams for healthy adults. Doesn’t matter if it takes 100 liters or .001 liters, it’s still 400 milligrams daily

I think if you take energy drinks when you didn’t sleep much or have a lot to do, then it’s fine. I think if you become dependent on them and have one every day, then that’s when it becomes a problem. I’m 17. I drink maybe 2-3 energy drinks a month and I take pre workout everyday except for when I have an energy drink and I think that’s fine, just like anything else, don’t be stupid with it.
